Design and fabrication of motion control systems for Urban Mobility Devices, mechatronic kiosks, kinetic sculptures for immersive art experiences. Making stuff move in some way is something we really love here at PEV Labs. Adding motion and motion control affordably to a project is much less a challenge than one might think. A motion controller, mover or actuator are the bare parts required. Affordable system approaches range from simple Arduino controllers to up-cycled electric wheelchairs bases. Computer controlled motor driven motion systems for larger scale products can be designed and produced in house when required. Automation, positioning, geolocation and collision sensors can all be incorporated for more engaging systems for public safety. Also a great way to enhance public engagement with immersive marketing displays.
