Custom designed multi-spindle CNC Machine with vacuum table. This particular model is a small format and deploys up to five small spindles. The intent of this machine is to produce five sets of fairly tiny parts simultaneously. The custom milled spindle mount has micro Z-depth adjuster rings along with front set screws to lock the spindle heights once adjusted. A custom multi-spindle dust boot to accommodate the many spindles. One could optionally use three spindles in stead of five. Pictured are 52mm air cooled hobby spindles. ER11 collets accept 1/8 end mills. Units run from 3,000 up to 12,000rpm on 24-100 volts DC. Spindle run out 0.01-0.03.
